I needed a short metal 3" to 4" pipe adapter. Michael at Century had the exact part I needed. He asked me to hold on while he went back to verify that they had the part in stock. The price was fair and I went to pick it up. The part fit perfectly.

Matt Roberts was amazing as Tech Support. While in the field today I had a unit experience a previously unknown failure, Mr. Robert’s answered quickly and was able to help me pinpoint the failure and get our customer back up and cooling within minutes. He advised me quickly, concisely, and was respectful throughout the call, one of the best Technical Support experiences of my career.

I really enjoyed the EcoNet lesson. It was easy to follow, very informative, and gave me a much better understanding of how the EcoNet system works. The hands on training was the best part it made everything easier to understand and remember. I left the class feeling more confident in using and troubleshooting EcoNet equipment.
