Johnson A/C and Mechanical in San Antonio is fantastic! Jerry came out to my parents’ house yesterday and today to fix their A/C. He worked so hard in this crazy heat to make it work. He was extremely kind, helpful, and conscientious. He is a blessing. Thank you for your dedication to making peoples’ lives better. I highly recommend this company. I have used them, as have my parents, for many years.

I love this company. They take great care of me and my parents’ homes. Zach is a Godsend. We feel so comfortable in his care. I’m relieved every time he comes over to look at our systems. He’s trustworthy and that means everything. Highly recommend!

I found Johnson Air through TPR and was not disappointed! I had an HVAC emergency the Friday preceding a holiday weekend. Despite it being after hours, the technician, John, was very respectful, patient and considerate of me as a client. Not only was he knowledgable, but he expressed a genuine passion for his work. I will definitely be returning to Johnson for any future services!

I was surprised that a technician was at our home within an hour of my initial call. Gilbert did a great job in diagnosing the problem and getting our HVAC system back up and running. He was very friendly, courteous and explained the process of the repair.

The office called before arriving. The technician came on time, was knowledgeable and thorough. She helped with our smart thermostat. She also made recommendations for important items missing from our AC/heating system
