5 x 10 stars for Mr.Rooter Plumbing of Amarillo. This last Friday, our water heater bit the dust. Within 30 minutes, their plumber, Trent, arrived and pronounced my water heater DOA. Trent showed up promptly at 9 am this morning and around noon he had us up and running. It was extremely fantastic to have a professional like Trent do the job. Garret has been to my house a couple times. He is always professional and thorough with explaining everything. He installed my bathroom faucets on this visit and flushed my water heater because I was experiencing brown water anytime I turned on the hot water. No more brown water! I only use Mr Rooter for any of my plumbing needs. The are quick, reasonably priced and very professional.

I had an issue with my hot water heater one evening, so I made an appointment online with Mr. Rooter. So simple! They called me back first thing the next day and had someone available. Garret and Preston were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and of course got the job done right! Thanks!

The team at Mr. Rooter did a fantastic job. The technicians communicated every step of the process with clear pricing info and polite professional service. Albert Gabriel was one of the two expert service professionals. Highly recommend

The TSBPE register publishes no issue date, complaint record, bond or insurance for this licence, and a score from Google reviews alone would say little about the licence. So it isn't scored, and it's listed after the scored plumbers in Amarillo. It gets a score as soon as the board publishes more.
