My family woke up to the sound of bubbling toilets & discovered that sewage had backed up into the yard. Mr. Torres came to the house immediately, identified our problem and made the appropriate repairs. He charged a fair price for a sizable job, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

Main sewer line was backed up. Torres dug up the area, tried to unclog but was unable to do so. He proceeded to tell me the whole line needed to be replaced to the alley in a diagonal line. Although he did not unclog, he charged me $200. I decided to get a second opinion. The plumber, Mario used a powerful tool, unclogged and repaired. The mainline ran in a straight direction not diagonally.

To be clear, Mr Torrez has not returned my call so there's no rating on his services.

The TSBPE register publishes no issue date, complaint record, bond or insurance for this licence, and a score from Google reviews alone would say little about the licence. So it isn't scored, and it's listed after the scored plumbers in Brownsville. It gets a score as soon as the board publishes more.
