Called because toilets weren’t flushing. They sent someone out within a couple of hours. Dealt with Maison. He was great, professional and very personable. He diagnosed the problem, turned out to be a crack in our septic line. Scheduled someone to come out the next day to fix it. Great service highly recommend, thank you Maison!

First time customer. We had 2 seperate clogged drains (kitchen sink, washer drain pipe). Berkley was professional and more than efficient. He was patient and stayed and worked on our issues until everything was solved. There is also a 6mo warranty included into the price. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter to friends, and would be even more pleased if the next time we need assistance Berkley came back. 😀
