We had a spigot leak. So many Austin companies have been bought out by large conglomerates. Many were decent before they were bought out but far from after. I asked a couple life long friends if they knew of a good plumber. They don't know each other anymore and both recommended Blue Dragon Plumbing. I'm so glad I called... great work, reasonably priced, respectful, friendly, professional, and locally owned! Than…

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Gilbert is super fast, very communicative, and very dependable. Prices are very reasonable. He came out to replace a cartridge for me, and explained the process, gave advice, and made the repair very quickly. When we called him to check on something a day later, he came within 30minutes and showed us how he had actually made a repair to make it BETTER than it was before and how we used to have it wa…

I was feeling overwhelmed juggling several major trade jobs at once, and Gilbert's free on-site inspection was a game changer. He took the time to help me prioritize what was most urgent, walked m…

Last year I needed a Pressure Regulator Valve replaced as well as ended up needing a new cartridge in my master shower after having issues with the water pressure. Gilbert came out promptly and was able to fix both issues. He also charges the fairest rates I've seen from plumbing services in Austin. 5-stars. Highly recommend.
