Although they are incredibly knowledgeable, and immediately knew the very obscure part I brought in to replace, they didn't have it. They explained, in great detail, how to get a replacement part and I've ordered it and it's on the way. Very smart, and funny, people that work here.

Amazing store. Amazing customer counter people. Very knowledgable, helpful and friendly as well. Chris C helped me. I have driven to multiple specialty plumbing stores it's a total waste of time. Just go with Mark's for one stop deal. Thanks Chris you made my day and my weekends safe again.

The older man that smells of cigarette is not helpful. We asked for a part he immediately responds that he doesn’t have it. We then reply that we saw it their website with almost 100 in stock so then he goes to the back. Many minutes later tells us the same. We ask to speak to the manager, she wasn’t helpful. We do not recommend this place of business and won’t return.

To replace small part $30 worth of bathtub water faucets charged $400 dollars, initially they told service charge $89, and 5 star technician. He don’t have replacement part in his vehicle. He cheated as he need go and buy this part in Home Depot. Avoid this company at any cost.
