Athens save me! We had a total of seven plumbers try to find our gas leak. Athens found it and his suggested solution was less disruptive to the structure of the house. We were without hot water for 12 days bathing was a chilly experience. :-( Praise the Lord we have hot water. Thanks Athens and Tylor.

Outstanding service from Jose! He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, providing clear repair options that fit our budget before getting to work. Plus, his respect for our home—like wearing shoe covers—didn't go unnoticed.

The young man that helped us with our air conditioning on a Friday was very nice and right away knew what our problem with cooling was. There was a part he needed to order and he said he would be back on Monday but he fixed it enough to cool over the weekend. On Monday he returned and installed a new system. We were very happy him and our house cooling as it should.

My water heater had a leak and David installed a new one. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient and he left the area spotless. Thank you for that! I have been using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for several years and they have always done an excellent job. Thanks again David for a job well done!
