Scheduled an AC tune-up. Technician Christopher was exceptional. He spent time assessing and testing the unit and condenser. He provided photos and explained the results in an understandable way. I was afraid I would then be hit with a hard sale of expensive repairs needed. That was not the case. He did recommend a future repair and suggested optional work but not in a pushy way. Very pleased with the service.

We needed to replace our 20yr Rheem water heater. Collin our sales person was great to work with. The install crew Corey, Jacob, Jose and Guillermo were awesome. One pair installed the new water heater, and the other pair fixed our failed PRV. Service was quick and professional. I have used ARS before and it is always great service.

I was left with a mound of dirt. I had ARS come out since I had problems with sewer line back up due to tree roots. This was the end of April. Finally after numerous calls no one seemed to know why the job did not pass inspection. More deep digging has to be done further under my garage. This took another month.
