I had a plumber from here come over to repair a small leak in my kitchen sink line. He came over, and said the rubber seal was broken, so he went to Home Depot to get a replacement. After fiddling with the sink, he said he couldn’t fix it & I need to have the fixture replaced. The leak had miraculously become significantly worse, and I would have to pay for him to return to fix the problem (but I’d get a $50 discount…

Really awful experience. Nice enough guy, but very disorganized. Scheduled with him twice and he gave very little notice and cancelled twice. Didn’t even bother calling, just sent a text after he was a hour and a half late. Can’t even figure out how to take payment from customers via credit card. Don’t waste your time like he did mine this week.

Rescheduled once and then attempted to reschedule again—this time via text—an hour after the scheduled appointment. Never answered phone calls and ultimately didn’t show up. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time.
