Called a few companies for a quote to get a gas water heater replaced and Controlled Plumbing came in between $500-$1000 less than the other guys and was here the next morning. They also replaced it with a Rheem, when the other companies would have used a lesser brand. Miquel was very knowledgeable, honest and efficient. I will absolutely use them in the future in my home as well as on my commercial properties.
