I highly recommend Jeff's Westside Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Ricky and his helper installed two toilets for me today. They were very professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job. Thank you Ricky!

We've had them at our home on 3 seperate occasions over the last 5 years. Each time the results have been fantastic. They always call to confirm, always show up in the time slot they schedule and always have been clean, tidy, and professional. Their service has been stellar each time, thank you for being a pillar in the community.

Our kitchen drain had been slow for weeks and finally stopped working completely during breakfast. The plumber arrived that afternoon and cleared a thick blockage deep in the line that regular cleaners never touched. He tested the sink several times afterward and made sure both sides drained evenly before leaving.

Set up an appointment 1 week in advance, i had gas shut off by gas company so that Jeff's could move a line. They never bothered to tell me they weren't coming. Left me high and dry. Not to be trusted. Sounds like their best plumber abandoned them, never know what you're going to get anymore.

I would not recommend this company. They were recommended to me from a family member. I called them several times and left a few voicemails. I was looking for someone to look at my water heater. They never called me back. I had to go elsewhere for the service I needed. Customer service is non existent.
