I have been a customer here in the Switch facility for 6+ years. All of the staff in each department cannot be praised enough. The security team! The facilities crew and the NOC technicians are top notch. It is always a pleasure coming into the site everyday.

Very secure and professional data center. Security staff is helpful and courteous. Their Helping Hands service is wonderful for those who live 6 hours South!

If I could give it a zero I would. The security company there is rude and sorry. Switch security should be fired. I wouldn’t deliver to that place if my life depended on it. It was a female lady with glasses and just not a nice person.

One of the bigger datacenters that I have visited. Very secure and clean. The in the floor ventilation was a really cool idea.
