The building is very nice, but I was irritated recently when, to attend an event inside, they tried to charge me a whopping $25 to park my car in the adjacent lot for 2 hours. I quite literally parked one block away and got 3 hours for $6. Times are tough right now for a lot of folks, and charging an arm and a leg for parking like that feels like a low blow.

The building is nice... the surface parking lot in back is awful. Surely, Brookfield is capable of coming up with something better than a featureless half block sized swath of concrete?
