Absolutely incredible food. Carl's Jr never disappoints. Wasn't too busy, got our food quickly, and the burger was delicious. Eating good saucy burger before hitting the road is what this country is all about

Most of the screens do not work.that show the menu. Insainly long.time waiting for orders. Out of basic products to give customer ie mayo packets. Manager is MIA. No one wants to work. No one's knows wha customer service is..this is in the Loves truck stop, you need to be fast as we are in the fuel lines and us truckers need to be in and out quickly. Very poor service today.

This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I have had, and it raises serious questions about quality control and brand standards at this location. We waited 25 minutes for a very basic order: two burgers, two fries, and a shake. That is already unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant, but the real problem was the food quality and handling. The shake was made immediately after the order was placed and then sat …

Associate asked me what can I get you - then turn around completely and start talking to someone else ignoring me while I start making order - very rude. See my picture- this my breakfast. ⚠️If you treat your customers like that, food quality could and should be the same. ⚠️I’m not recommending this place.

I was not very pleased with the attitude the workers had. It was like in was interrupting them. The tea on the floor wasn't even made right. They were backwards, and when I tried to mention, the girl at the counter didn't even acknowledge me. Now on to the food. My burger is had was very, very disappointing, I had a better burger from McDonald. The fries were fine. Definitely will never go by this place again.
