I had an excellent experience with Home Depot and Sun Tech Mechanical, Inc. who installed my new A/C. Sun Tech sales agent Juan Munoz was especially courteous and always accessible throughout the installation process. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was prompt and attentive. Suntech Mechanical did an excellent job removing my old AC unit and installing a new Master Cool. It was a very pleasant experience working with everyone involved in the process, the Service person that first came out, the scheduler and the installers. I am very happy with the work, the price, and how well my new unit works.

We signed up for an HVAC tune up, only to be told over a week later they could not help us because we live in New Mexico. I simply feel like they should have double checked our address well before the appointment, they had more than enough time.

VERY disappointing experience. Provided my information online at Home Depot for a mini split installation. The company picked it up, called me and set up an appointment for an estimate. Representative came, took a look and stated they won't install anything from Home Depot...rather sell their own brand. How is this doing business on behalf of Home Depot???

The installation was unorganized, the unit was fried by a surge in the first month and I am still having trouble getting them to fix the AC. Go with another company that has better reviews and if they quote more its worth it, trust me!
