When calling Fast Trac, I was lucky enough to SW Glenda. She is so kind and spoke to me as though I family. She answered all my questions and gave me options I could do. I have been trying to get my questions answered for a couple of days now, have spoke to several different associates and Glenda was by far the BEST!! I appreciate customer service like what I received from Glenda, she is awesome!!
