This guy is so unprofessional, I would steer clear from using him. He was assigned to me by my home warranty company and let me tell you, the reviews he has are 100% accurate, not good! Anywho, save yourself the experience and search for another technician …. JMV has proven to be pretty great, glad he was sent to me instead.

They installed my HVAC system in 2023. They did not install it level so it has done this to my ceiling (see photo). I’m in the process of trying to get the evaporator/air handler level so the condensation will drain properly. If you call them, they don’t answer and you can’t leave a message. This was all done through my home warranty so my options are limited to suing apparently.

STOP, STOP, STOP, run as fast as you can. This is one of the most SORRY’S companies ever. The owner is a very BIG LIAR and doesn’t know what he is doing. He come and mess up your stuff and then talk about someone else did it. Then what he messed up he just leave it messed up. He supposed to be an electrician and knows how to fix a problem but he doesn’t know nothing but how to be very SORRY and SORRY he is. If I coul…

Customer service from Jonathan was terrible. I will NEVER use this company again. Avatex partners with Home Depot to do fan installations. When I called to see if they would honor taking a faulty fan down, that they had just installed, he said no and proceeded to tell me that I had disrespected him and called him stupid then hung up on me. Neither of those things happened. He never offered a solution, only that I cou…
