No follow-up. Won't return calls. Office staff is rude. Owner will never call back. They installed my HVAC 10 years ago at a great price but took a lot of shortcuts. Whenever I want a tune-up or maintenance I use a different company because I don't trust Cool Component AND THEY NEVER RETURN CALLS!!!

They did an assessment for me months ago and I've been waiting for an update. Just called and they never submitted the assessment for approval! What a waste of time!
