Things started off good, but right around 6 months in my solar panels stopped working. It took 3 full months of Alba and Tesla going back and forth about how to actually fix my issue before I had solar again. Then despite me having to wait 3 months for a fix, Alba energy offered no form of compensation. I guess it’s just screw the customer in their eyes. So disappointing. Alba Energy has completely failed to honor their warranty. After multiple emails and calls, they stopped responding altogether, leaving unresolved issues with my solar system. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability and employee professionalism, and absence of management. I strongly recommend others think twice before trusting this company with such a major investment.
