We signed up at the end of 2018...a busy time as everyone wanted a tax break. They got off to slow start installing in January 2019. First day a few panels...next day the entire system. As an Electrical Engineer, I was observing every point of the installation. Very professional JOB! There Master Electrician made several trip after reviewing the installation photos. Had them install solar on my house in 2020 and 2021, they have never cleaned or serviced them. The Telsa 2 powerwall was shutdown due to recall by Telsa and they wanted to charge me to replace under warranty/recall the powerwall2 . I having to contact a legit solar company to do the recall. There not even Telsa certified and phone number don't work but yet goodleap was able to get a hold of them. Sound fishy??

Very disappointed. This used to be a great solar company! I have equipment under warranty still. Now they've changed all their phone numbers and emails and run off when I really needed them. Apparently, they never pulled the right structural permit and I'm just now finding out.

Got my Solar System installed in 2021, had a contract with them to clean twice a year plus grease, I haven't seen him in 3 years. I can't get ahold of Em, and they won't answer their phones.

DO NOT do any business with this company. My Tesla batteries stopped working since September and they ordered replacement batteries and they haven’t been delivered.
