We recently purchased a new build home in this neighborhood, and honestly, it’s been a huge disappointment. The homes are built extremely fast, and it shows in the overall quality. Corners seem to be cut everywhere, and it doesn’t feel like something that will hold up well long-term. I wouldn’t be surprised if, in just a few years, the entire neighborhood starts to look run down. On top of that, the HOA fees are ver…

Only 5 months into purchasing this home my entire fence is falling apart after a windy day. The builder said is not responsible but it was very poorly built.

Purchased our home in Feb 2021. There were so many issues; hole in our foundation that was brought to their attention but was never fixed. Floor issues. The entire floor needed to be redone. Upstairs lights flicker. Electrical socket not grounded caused small firebehind my wall. Shower glass door needs several repairs. Finally right outside our warranty freaking fell and shattered. Doors to rooms will not closeand …

Paulina Peña led us into believing that we wouldn't have to pay more than the $10,000 we had in our bank account for closing cost, which we disclosed to her prior to signing any agreement, just to later find out we have to pay over $15,000 just for closing cost alone, not including the down payment. W…

So unhappy with this builder. Poor quality, unethical practices, lowest workmanship. We bought at a separate location in Princeton,Texas and we are dealing with issues/ repairs a month into closing. No on bothers to help you once the deal is done. Please don’t sign the agreement. Once signed you are done.
