This is actually insane we have a 450$ bill and we already paid it but because of a leak we weren’t notified about we have to pay 4000$ then show a reciept in person at a local GPL to have our lights turned on so no we will have to wait till the Winter Storm Passes by to pay our lights. 1 star is too many. Called for my hearing impaired family member. They want us to both take off work and go in person to verify they have his application. Worst customer service I have experienced. How can there be such a monopoly for electricity in Garland?
