For the work that was done everything is good. The issue is part of the work never was completed. Even after reaching out and they stated they would come back and finish, we have yet to see anyone.

This is a professional company we have been using since 2016. They are very knowledgeable and efficient and have always done right by us. Their customer service is second to none. They continually go above and beyond. Mr. Black and his team are definitely recommended by us.

It is refreshing to work with a contractor that is honest, caring, trustworthy and experienced. Mr. Rick Black and his laborer Blake of Brag Electric tick all those boxes. They gave me an estimate, explained what it was based on, and stuck to that price, even though there was probably a couple extra hours in there. I am going to use them again in the near future to replace the service on my house.
