These people are horrible!! After taking 2 weeks to order a part, #Bostech said the parts company (Carrier) sent the wrong part. I called #Carrier with the Bostech serviceman (Travis) still at my house to confirm. The Bostech serviceman (Travis) just did not order the correct part, and instead of taking responsibility, he blamed Carrier and made up a whole lie and story about what happened.
