We’ve worked with AQE for several years as a contractor for multifamily residential repairs. They have always been courteous, quick to respond, and performed excellent work. Recently we had an emergency where a main breaker to one of our units needed an emergency repair, and they had a technician out in just a few hours. Thank you as always for all your great work- we appreciate you!!

Adolfo did an incredible job. He literally saved the day and a life. There was a kitten stuck in a high voltage conduit. Adolfo was very persistent in trying to safely remove the kitten without hurting it and was careful not to damage any of the lines and put everything back with safeguards to prevent it happening again. Excellent work!

Very disappointed with the professionalism of the employees from Acuity Electric Inc. best known as AQE who were working at Breakwater Bay. Two workers were here for more than two hours, and a lot of that time seemed to be spent chit-chatting and being on their phones instead of working. What was even more concerning was that one of the residents approached one of the workers and noticed what appeared to be the smell …

Good response and satisfactory service, however, they get annoyed and angry if you ask them questions regarding the bills, not sure why, it is the customer right. My suggestion is that for any contractor should follow the simple guidelines; log in time in and time out, agree on overtime rates and check for any hidden costs. This should avoid any confusion and disagreements.

Well it’s clear that whoever is driving that company truck starting with KJK has no concern for others on the road!
