Terrible customer service !!!hands down the worst. Paula needs training.on customer service She forgets what she scheduled. I had to adjust my personal schedule 3 times because of her and she didn't seem to care . The technician was great efficient and kind. And worked in a timely manner I wished he worked on the side because I will NOT recommend this company!!!

If there was an option to put 0 stars I would have. There office staff has some of the worst character I have dealt with very unprofessional. Charlie is incompetent and unfit for his position. I have never met another person who acts like they know what there doing yet fails so horribly. There field workers would earn them 4 stars if the company was only based off them.
