She also took the time to send me a list of agencies that help families who are struggling with their bills. Without her, I would not have known of these things! I have been a customer of Champion Energy since 2019. There are no hidden fees and no minimum kwh requirement. We are moving and unfortunately the area is not deregulated. I contacted customer service and spoke to Dion in regard to a letter of credit. He has been outstanding and has kept me in the loop. This is the best service I can remember receiving.
