When calling to get my bill info, and some details, they wanted my driver's license, and for me to sign up on their website for further verification. I refused, because i just wanted my bill amount, and questions about some fees, i went back and forth with the customer service, the customer service lady's final advise was "well, maybe you should open your own water company!"

As a customer, my absolute favorite part of Customer Service is when I call to speak to the Customer Service representative, and they interrupt me, and over talk me.
