My experience with Brantley Security was terrific. Their response to my request for pricing was very quick. The installers were prompt, polite, and did an excellent job. Overall am very pleased with this company. Happy to support and work with a local company. Thank you for the peace of mind you have brought myself and my family. Just wanted to add bit to this. Had an issue with a sensor that was too sensitive…

Have used Brantley for 3 years. Always helpful from Sales to Service. Service is especially responsive and always makes sure that my security system is functioning properly. They have been honest with me and I never have felt that Brantley tried to take advantage of me. They always take the time to make sure I am fully trained on managing my security system. Well done. 5 Stars.

We've been with Brantley Security for over 9 years, and we love them! Whenever we call, we actually get a live person on the line. We did have an incident that happened across the street from us a few months ago, and when the police came …

Brantley handles the security at both of my warehouse locations. The service is always online, and if for some reason it goes down, they repair it immediately. I can't single one person out - they're all great. From the service technicians to the office/sales staff, can't go wrong. Great attitudes and incredibly responsive. I've worked with Shari, Mark, Lettie (sorry for misspelling, I'm sure I got that name wron…

Not hearing anything, i called a week later to be told they can not take the job as the scope of work was too large. They have to rewire everything and the placement of the 3 cameras were high. Currently, i have 6 cameras with 3 installed on the eaves of my regular 2 story home. i a…
