We've known Tim for years and always followed him wherever he worked so, now, we followed him in his new life chapter. His reliability, professionalism and ability have not changed a bit; prices for Air Co maintenance is really competitive -far below many major companies- and even the repair needed on our unit was truly good. We highly suggest him!

This was a diagnostic exercise of a perceived problem. It took multiple trips into the crawl space to determine potential solutions which were presented for decision. All part of a no charge consultation. Actual work to be forthcoming.

We recently had our furnace installed by Tim, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Tim was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain our options clearly. He was very fair in pricing, and everything was transparent. Tim was professional, respectful of our home, and took great care to protect the surrounding areas while he worked. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking…
