JJ, Ashton, and Miguel were awesome! They were very friendly and professional. JJ explained what they were going to do. They worked hard to get the toilet unclogged and successfully did so. Ashton was downstairs while JJ and Miguel were upstairs. He was explaining what was going on. They completed the job and cleaned up afterwards. JJ said told us about the 30 day warranty, that we should be good to go, and to call t…

As a contractor I've used Zoom Drain a couple of times for drain replacement work. The work was scheduled and completed on time for the agreed upon price, which I thought was fair. I would highly recommend Jack and his team for any residential or commercial drain work.

The team at Zoom- Jack, JJ and Max were terrific and explained exactly how they were going to repair the sewer line. The did it all in a very professional manner and it didn’t require any excavation or major disruption to the home. We are extremely pleased with the job they did and I would highly recommend them.

As a former home builder I am more than familia…
