Had an issue with our water heater. We lost hot water and in a salon that’s an emergency! Gunny’s arrived right away and assessed the situation and gave me options! They ended up replacing my whole water heater within a few hours of calling them. Highly recommend these guys!! Clean job, fixed all the issues they seen on our old system. A job well done.

Excellent customer service from start to finish! From the receptionist, to our technician Jon, to Derrick who took the time to explain everything in terms we could actually understand, to Josh, the office manager, who went above and beyond to expedite a last minute document we needed every interaction was professional, reliable, and genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise w…

I ultimately decided to purchase a new water heater, and they handled the installation as well. The entire process was smooth, professional, and informative. They did a great job with the installation and made sure …

I was told the technician was running late and that they might send a dif…
