Romer, from Caribbean Heating & Cooling did an amazing job bringing our swamp cooler back to life! I am so impressed with their services. He was extremely professional, always keeping me updated on the timeframe and parts order status. Being new to the area I choose this company because of the reviews, and they are spot on! Romer went above and beyond. Looking forward to using their maintenance service going forward.

AC stopped cooling at 8:30 on a Saturday night. Found Caribbean, and Romer was here within half an hour. Had the issue diagnosed and fixed within another half hour. Super friendly, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and gave us options if something went wrong in the future. Pricing was very reasonable and will definitely be our go to from now on! Can't thank you enough!

His empathy for the situation I was in was genuine, and you can tell right away that he truly cares about helping people-not just doing a job. Romer was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, gave me honest options, …
