Alexander was punctual, professional and provided detailed information about the diagnosed issue and what was required to fix the problem. Once the needed parts arrived he installed them quickly, cleaned up afterwards and made sure everything was working properly prior to leaving. We are very satisfied with the service provided by Alexander specifically and Doctor Cool staff overall.

Bairon Sanchez was fantastic. Top tier customer service. He went above and beyond to diagnose my HVAC problems and answer all of my questions. One of the best, most helpful service technicians that I've worked with! Really, really great guy.

Our tech Bairon was friendly and very helpful. He knew exactly what to check and had our AC running in short order. He even took the time to explain cooling tips that would help us avoid issues in the future. Overall very pleased with the tech and company.

The second plumber Parker Farley came by and informed us that this repair wasn’t covered under our w…

One has completely come apart and is blowing extremely hot air. The other is slowly co…
