Julian and Ella are top notch. We had a floor and most of our floor had to changed so we changed all of it to 24/48 tile. The first company was like 30% higher in cost but anchor made it Possable for us to change the entire house , the floor came out amazing, then we had the put some tile on two accent wall . It all came out great and the processes are very fair , they treat me fairly and that’s important to me ,

Super happy with our floors! They ripped up the old carpet and a couple patches of tile, then installed lvp and new baseboards. They were so fast (done in less than a day for approx 700 square feet) and it’s done beautifully. Ella and Julian were a pleasure to work with. Great communication and great service.

Very professional operation. It started with Ella immediately coming out to measure and quote the work. She was very responsive throughout the project and answered all of our questions. Then Julian and the crew being punctual and working extremely hard. They finished the entire home in just 2 days. Highly recommend Anchor House for your flooring needs.

Anchor House Improvements was delightful to work with. Ella was so professional in every manner and provided great customer service throughout our new flooring installation. Her communication was flawless throughout. The field installers did a very professional job and cleaned everything up nicely when the project was complete. I’d highly recommend this contractor.

Our laminate floors were installed in May 2025. Shortly after installation, we noticed dips in several areas of the floor, a “crunching” sound when walking on it, and squeaking in both the closet and kitchen. We raised these concerns with Ella, and Julian came out to look at the floors. He told us that the conditions were normal and that the floor needed time to settle.
