Lodi Garage Doors gave us five star service from start to finish. Initially I met with Domonic, our sales rep. He took the time to understand what we were looking for in our new doors, offered options and benefits, and provided us with a timely, accurate quote. The doors were a great value for what we received. He was professional, friendly and enthusiastic about the product offerings at Lodi. I highly recommend hi…

Our garage door was installed a year ago and already the seal is falling off. The door sounds like it’s 50 years old when it opens. They won’t service the door since we are outside of the 1 year warranty. Surprising since it was purchased with Costco. I would not recommend this company - the communication with Michael during the sales process was rough and he kept calling me the wrong name. All around bad experience.
