I can’t say enough good things about Big Red Electric Company. To start, AJ is stellar; he’s got a calming presence that makes you feel at ease with the whole process. Not only is he personable and easy to converse with, but he’s highly experienced and knows his stuff. On the estimate appointment, he showed me the panel and wiring, and explained exactly what needed to be done to have the electric car charger installe…

It's not easy finding an electrician willing to give a quote based on pictures, but AJ was quick to respond via text and then asked if he could talk to me on the phone for further details on what I needed. Very polite and professional! I had old outlets that I wanted upgraded, and his price seemed within the industry standard (not cheap but not unreasonable). I was impressed by his knowledge, thoroughness, and how ca…

I could not be more satisfied. Professional installation of …

He arrived on time, clearly explained the load calculation for my panel, and did a clean installation of my Wall Connector. He even helped me set up the app to ensure it was working properly before leaving. The work looks fantastic, and I feel confident it was done to code. …
