I had the pleasure of meeting Alex, one of CTR's technicians. I was very impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. He showed up on time, explained everything he was going to do. I have a new system installed by CTR and had my first maintenance with Alex Rodriguez . Alex is great. He’s professional and a good communicator. I had no heat at my house today, alex confirmed he’d be able to come out today, he was very thorough and explained things very well! Very knowledgeable and was able to get my heat back up and running again. Highly recommend CTR!!!

CTR Air Express is an honest, friendly, very reasonably priced company. The technician was prompt, pleasant, explained what needed to be done so I could understand, and I was pleased at how efficiently the work was completed. I will definitely have them come regularly to give our unit checkups.
