Jose was amazing! He was super knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend Jose and Pro Price Heating and Cooling. On the day of install Elmer introduced himself and got straight to work. They setup so no damage was done to the floors and 8 hours later they cleaned up and my house was cool again. Great service and quick response.

Jordan is amazing. After my house sat at 93°F for three days, Jordan diagnosed and replaced a bad capacitor in about five minutes. He was professional, honest, and knew exactly what he was doing. Before finding Jordan, I had a experience with Semper Fi that tried to push me into buying a whole new AC unit instead of fixing the actual problem or actually diagnosing it. Controlled Comfort had previously refurbished …

Dustin is knowledgeable kind and patient. He performed the semi-annual check and found parts that needed repair. I filed a claim with my home warranty company and his company picked up the service call. He returned to my home and checked both units and found the same problems. He was quick to notify the warranty company and one was approved the other, with the same problem was denied. I am appealing that decision and…

Dustin came for our bi-annual Pro Price Club membership check-up visit and did a thorough cleaning and inspection of the outside heat pump equipment. He found that the large motor capacitor was in marginal condition and might reach it's end of service in a manner of months. We discussed it and agreed he should replace it which, having one in the truck, he then did. Back in the house, Dustin measured the air temperat…

When the tech arrived, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. As for the Choice phone reps, leaves much to be desired. I am a 100% disabled veteran with medical machines to keep me alive and the initial request for repair to be done 6 days down the road is just unacceptable. You need to have techs on call 24/7 for individuals such as myself. I nearly had to get a hotel room with all my equipment due to …
