The heater went out last week and I submitted an online service request through the home warranty, First Amercian. The next morning, I received an automated text from American Southwest Electric - HVAC Division stating they would be out at 10am. Julio was the tech assigned to the job and he was there on time and dressed professionally. He knew exactly how to diagnose the issue and found the motor was defective. He wo…

I’ve had problems with the same AC unit for 4 years. Have used several companies through my Home warranty and the unit always breaks. Until I got blessed and got hooked up with American Southwest Electric. Their tech Julio immediately showed that he cares, he was knowledgeable and was the first tech that truly tried to fix the unit for good. He did amazing work, was punctual, the company always answered the phone whi…

A/C went out on a Sunday, contacted my home warranty right away. Monday morning I called the contractor provided, American Southwest Electric. I was stunned at how rude the…
