It is so hard to find a local business you can actually trust these days, which is why I highly recommend The Heating & Cooling Company! Brandon provided an absolutely flawless experience from start to finish. He was incredibly thorough with his check, and his notes were clear and easy to understand. Best of all, he didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. The team was prompt, courteous, professional, and v…

Brandon came out to my home as I was having issues with my a/c. It was an old system which had been mis functioning for the last 3 years. The heater had given out this past fall. He did a very detailed inspection of my a/c and furnace unit. He explained everything very thoroughly as to what was wrong and why they were no longer repairable. I had already had 2 previous repairs on the a/c in the last 10 years with oth…

Could not recommend Brandon more. I texted him late on a Wednesday night about my AC, and he was kind enough to respond after hours. He even started his workday early the next morning so he could come take a look. Brandon arrived at 7:00 a.m. and had my AC diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and got the job done quickly. If I ever have another HVAC issue, Br…

He came out the same day to inspect everything, explained the problem clearly, and gave me a very fair estimate. The next day he came back and fixed everything quickly and professionally. Communication was easy from start to finish - very respectful, honest, understanding, and reliable. Brandon made the whole process str…
