I bought a house and moved here to Vegas 2 years ago. As a first time homeowner I'm not really used to dealing with a lot of home repairs so immediately upon arrival I realized that there are 3 types of contractors. 1 is the completely incompetent ones who don't know how to fix anything but will tell you that you need to replace everything. 2 are those who are competent but will also charge you an arm and a leg. 3 fi…

My mother found this company and I'm glad she did. Marlon came to our home to help check out our air conditioner. Luckily it was an easy fix. Marlon was very professional and explained things very well. Plus, I feel like his prices are reasonable.

Marlon was our tech. I called this company based on both Google and Yelp reviews. I was not let down. Marlon was very knowledgeable and new what our problem was. He discussed our options. He was very honest. He did not try to over sell and gave us our most affordable options. You will love Marlons honestly and professionalism. I would give 10 stars if I could!!

Had my AC / Heat unit serviced for semi-annual check-up. Marlon kept the appointment and communicated arrival time. I trust his assessment and advice. My unit is 13 years old, and I want to maintain as long as possible. No sales pressure or price gouging. The best part was the fact he was familiar with previous service call so I did not have to give history. Thank you !
