Full remodel on our 3,200 sf home including new electrical and lighting, HVAC upgrades, new flooring, new doors, new trim, 3.5 baths, a new kitchen and probably a ton of other improvements I haven’t mentioned. The team was attentive and easy to work with in getting our vision to come together. Great attention to detail. We used the Seattle/Washington team and were very happy with the results.

Urban complex was recommended by a remediation company. When the GM first came out he didn't take any pictures as he would use the remediation company's. I'm told once they receive the down payment it would take about 8 days to complete the job. I had water damage and there was insulation removed, tile flooring removed, carpeted flooring removed, floor molding and drywall. The bid was confusing but seemed to inclu…

After signing the contract for a build back, literally no progress made for 3+ months and they charged me 10% of the LOI (letter of intent) for cancelling the contract due to no progress after waiting so long. Their employees are super hesitant to begin any work and give only unhelpful hand-wavy answers for any questions I asked. Loss of money and time - never recommend this company to anyone.
