Their big truck always parks in the right turn lane on town center and Tropicana in the morning preventing people from turning. Making them wait in the middle lane for the left turn light to go green. Third time in a month

Always have respect for all landscape workers, but PAR3 management? They have ripped off our HOA blind over & over and the contract can't end fast enough. Run as far away from this company as fast as possible and, don't be fooled by the nice trucks.

This company was hired by our Hoa and they are horrible. They actually blow the leaves back into the property instead of blowing it out and clean up the debris there’s weeds all over leaking water pipes just absolutely terrible I would highly recommend not hiring this company for anything. Laziness at its finest or just completely unprofessional and incompetent
