I had an emergency A/C outage, with extreme heat outside (Vegas in July, 110F), that couldn't be reasonably scheduled by my warranty company. This 5 day delay was unacceptable, thus the emergency. I called Wave Heating and Cooling and was pleasantly surprised to find they could have a tech come by in an hour. The tech (Oscar) came by in 25 minutes ready to assist. He quickly found the problem and fixed it in an hour.…

Oscar came in and did the maintenance on my HVAC. Educated me on how the system works and did the programming on my thermostat which I greatly appreciate. This company is highly recommended and I will definitely hire them again to do the maintenance and other concerns on my HVAC system.

The.Technician at Wave A/C came to service my ac unit with a high degree of professionalism and customer service care. Oscar was efficient, well versed in his service and gave me a complete and thorough explanation on everything he did to ensure my unit was in the best condition for the up coming summer months. Very pleased and satisfied with his work.

Oscar, our technician, came out to perform our AC’s annual maintenance. He’s honest and thorough in his inspection, providing excellent service. I’m glad he didn’t upsell or offer unnecessary services.

Well worth the cost of the fix to make sure we had a cool home to sleep in tonight! Will use Wave in the future and considering…
