Desert King was a very good, customer service oriented company to deal with.10/10! From the timely estimate given by Robert, to the regular communication from Bridget in the office, Desert King kept us updated on the installation schedule. Freddie (and his crew) were the shining stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They made the installation of 21 windows and a sliding patio door look easy when we knew it was a tough job. The 35+ year …

Stress free, no pressure in-home estimate. Robert listened to what I wanted and proposed to sell me exactly what I asked for (no other window salesman did this for me). The estimate was WELL below the competition, actually lower than my expectations and my budget. Clean, competent, quick installation. I am a very happy man. Great experience, from initial sales and pricing through installation. The on site supervisor was great on communicating status and work. The install crew were all professional, courteous and friendly. They were good on the little details and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, great job and reasonable pricing for upgraded window package: better UV, security and noise reduction.
