I had an excellent experience with Patriot Cooling and Air Conditioning. From the beginning, they were honest, professional, and transparent about what needed to be repaired. They took the time to explain everything clearly and never tried to sell me services I didn't need. It was refreshing to work with a company that values integrity and puts the customer first. The work was completed quickly and professionally, an…

Patriot Air was by far the best HVAC company we found after dealing with several others that gave inflated estimates and tried to upsell us on things we didn’t actually need. Spencer came out and gave us an honest, straightforward assessment of our system and what we could realistically expect moving forward. Instead of pressuring us into replacing everything, he explained what repairs could help hold us over until …

They did an excellent job installing a new AC (heat pump). Our condo is south facing on the 31st floor about 18 years old . Not an easy install but Spencer and his team went above and beyond. It is a big investment and my satisfaction was the number one concern. Excellent service and support.
