Shortly thereafter Tanya from Water Wise called me and told me to give them a call as soon as the warranty replacement part arrived and they would schedule the install. Once I received the replacement control unit I called, and Tanya offered to have their plumber come …

Mike was very professional, great attitude, and I felt confident that he would get the job done. He extracted our old round toilet with a new Kohler elongated style with ease and cleaned up very well. A spotless and excellent visit. Would recommend and use Water Wise again. Now please buy him lunch! And don’t skimp on the sides!👍🍺🍺👍

Ricky was friendly and efficient. I appreciated his time and making sure he can come back on Friday to complete the job once the part arrives over night. It's been stressful not having any hot water for the past week, so him trying to finish it ASAP is a Godsend! Thank you Ricky.... Now go enjoy that free lunch you are promised! 😃 😊 Part 2: He finished it and made it all work great! Super friendly and trustworthy. Gr…

I moved into my home in June of 2020. My home was built in 2018. As far as I know my water heater had never been flushed out. Keith from Water Wise was on time, friendly and professional. He did the work and kept me informed. I would definitely use this company again.
