Shawn came in to look at our AC he took the time to explain the issue we were having, unfortunately he didn’t have the part that was needed for our AC unit to get that repaired, he came back early the next day and even changed out one of our air filters. Everyone that we interacted with from Zen Aire were so helpful.

Needed our hvac system serviced. I’m very particular with contractors inside our house. ZenAire made me feel comfortable in my own home and took care of our issues, I was walked through the necessary steps and they showed me what preventative measures I can take for the future. Overall I’m very satisfied with their service and would recommend them to family and friends.

When you need warranty call they say it all works when it dos not , they cleaned my evaporator coil wrong without coil cleaner just a brush to it an no vacuuming up debris an took personal phone calls instead of checking pressures. It was set to 69 an is almost 15 degrees delta to what is the home. an you said it’s fine and he missed a dead compressor an unit dos not work as well as it did before they touched it .

In my experience bad communication with all the process with the insurance. They supposed to call me back to confirm date and time and when the unit will arrive, they never did until I called them they acted. The installation part and workability of the unit is good, the new unit runs. The price for 10" of copper $800? Then 500 for electrical work? Was just connecting the new unit. Line flashing for $500? Crazy charg…

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. A salesperson named Kevin came to inspect our AC unit and quickly told us it could not be repaired because it had “done its job,” comparing it to a doctor trying to revive a dead body. Rather than offering repair options, he immediately pushed for a full replacement. He presented the replacement as if we were receiving a special deal and claimed he was giving us a “friends and fam…
